Mathilde Deiber's Thesis Defense: Modulation of Interactions Between Epithelial Cells and T Cells in Intestinal Pathology: Implications of the NLRC5/MHC-I Pathway

Congratulations to Mathilde Deiber on her outstanding thesis defense!
The entire Unit INCIT extends its warmest congratulations to Mathilde for the quality of her presentation and her discussions with the committee, which made this defense a truly memorable scientific event!
Her research, conducted in Team 3 of our Unit, focused on a topic at the intersection of immunology and intestinal pathology:
“Modulation of interactions between epithelial cells and T lymphocytes in intestinal pathology: involvement of the NLRC5/MHC-I pathway and a population of regulatory T lymphocytes (DP8α).”
Congratulations to Mathilde, as well as to her thesis advisors: Anne Jarry (INCIT), Isabelle Gros (Strasbourg), and Emmanuelle Godefroy (INCIT), for their guidance.
👏 A big thank you to the members of the examination committee for their insightful discussions and their contribution to this wonderful defense: Marie-Cécile Michallet (Lyon) and Frédérick Barreau (Toulouse), rapporteurs; Celine Gongora (Montpellier) and Guillaume Sarrabayrouse (Paris), examiners; and Emmanuel Scotet (CRCI2NA), chair of the jury.
